2001 Now the success of Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology (MVVT) in relieving chronic disorders has been formally recognized for the first time. Publication of research in a peer-reviewed professional journal is big news for the MVVT program. Two new studies appeared in the April 1, 2001 issue of Frontiers in Bioscience, confirming that MVVT’s initial results are impressive enough to warrant publication in the medical field, as it searches for the next frontier in health care. The first study evaluated the effects of MVVT on the quality of life of individuals with a wide range of chronic disorders. The disorders that showed the most improvement included neck pain, respiratory ailments, digestive problems, mental health disorders and arthritis.
Arthritis Sufferers Relieved of Pain Using a double-blind randomized experimental design, researchers in Europe found significant reductions in arthritis pain and stiffness, along with improvement in range of motion. Out of 176 participants with painful conditions of the joints and spine, 64 experienced 100 percent relief from pain following their consultation, and a total of 127 experienced 60 percent or greater relief. These extraordinary results are especially encouraging when compared to medications commonly prescribed for arthritis, which bring harmful side effects and only limited relief from pain. Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology is an ancient Vedic technology revived and systematized for modern use, which enlivens the body’s own self-repair mechanisms. A consultation usually consists of three sessions, in which the MVVT expert first generates the Vedic sound in his or her own consciousness, then administers the sound to the area of concern. The experience is gentle, pleasant and non-invasive.
Research Continues in North America The newest data indicates that these improvements are sustained for months after the MVVT sessions. Analysis of the data also reveals that in many instances, participants who didn’t notice immediate results after their MVVT consultation did experience continuing improvement over time. Twenty-five percent of those who ranked their initial results as low later reported greater benefits. "I did not begin to feel any relief until after about three weeks," writes one participant, "then improvement began." Adds another, "The problem is 95 percent resolved. I see it as a miracle, even though it took seven months." The findings of all of these studies provide additional evidence of the powerful effects of an impulse of Vedic sound, and the resulting profound changes in chronic disorder symptoms. In view of these results, it is clear that Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology offers a new avenue of relief to millions of people who suffer from chronic disorders, and invites medical science to adopt this powerful Vedic technology to create a brighter future for health care. It’s like you have all, and nothing can bring you down. This is what I experienced during my MVVT consultation. It was not just a momentary feeling. I took all those beautiful feelings with me to my routine life, like a beautiful candlelight. It was one of the most beautiful, blissful times of my busy life. "I had suffered from lower back pain for years. Nothing could release the actual pain for even one whole day. I am a Registered Massage Therapist, and even with that knowledge I could not do much for my suffering back. "But when I went for the MVVT, I felt lots of relief in the first session. The good feeling stayed with me all day and night. For the first time in years, I had little pain during my sleep. During the next sessions, I got more relief. I felt lightness, more bliss and lots of love. "After a few months now, I still feel the effects of those beautiful healing moments. Now I’m expecting a baby! Something I never thought I could handle with the lower back pain." —Rose Zahraei "Ever since climbing Mt. Whitney, my lower back has given me a great deal of pain and trouble. But since the MVVT consultation, I feel like I could climb Mt. Everest! My back now feels completely normal. Thank you." —Linda Hutchins |
