I n 1998, Professor Nader (Raja Ram), the greatest scientist of our
world, was awarded his weight in gold for his historic discovery under
Maharishi ’s guidance of the Constitution of the Universe—the Veda and
Vedic Literature—at the basis of the human physiology.
This scientific discovery offers the full disclosure of the total
knowledge of Natural Law—Unity in diversity and diversity in Unity. It
raises the status of every individual to Cosmic dimensions, bringing to
light the secrets of the peaceful, problem-free administration of the
universe through Natural Law.
As the custodian of this total knowledge of Natural Law, Professor
Nader (Raja Ram) was crowned on October 12 as the First Sovereign Ruler of
the Global Country of World Peace, and henceforth will be honored with the
title "Vishwa Prashasak Raja Ram "in keeping with the tradition
of the royal rulership of Ram—the rule of Natural Law.
From October 12 to 16, the world witnessed, via live satellite
broadcasts, the auspicious performance of Rajyabhishek —the Vedic
coronation ceremony. Then on October 17, Raja Ram proclaimed the structure
of his global government (see page 30).
This performance of Rajyabhishek has enlivened Creative Intelligence—the
qualities of the infinite organizing power of pure intelligence—in the
consciousness, physiology and environment of the First Sovereign Ruler of
the Global Country of World Peace, in his illustrious cabinet of
ministers, and in every cherished citizen of his global domain.
Vishwa Prashasak Raja Ram has stepped onto the glorious tradition of
rulership in the line of the great universal ruler Ram, under whose ideal
enlightened rulership peace, happiness, prosperity and fulfillment
belonged to everyone. Glory to Raja Ram! Peace, perpetual peace to the
Global Country of World Peace!

Become a Citizen of World Peace: By Dr. Neil Paterson Governor General of the Age of Enlightenment for

Administration through Natural Law
On October 7th,Victory Day, Maharishi inaugurated the Global Country of
World Peace and called upon everyone who cherishes a peaceful world to
become its citizens. The citizens will be those who wish to create unity,
prosperity, happiness and perfect health while acknowledging and
supporting the rich diversity of our world.
Maharishi pointed out that historically countries have often been
founded by a few individuals with the desire to create a self-sufficient,
ideal nation. Yet we witness today nations around the world which face
serious problems and are dependent on other nations for their welfare.
Governments have exposed their citizens to many hazards: medical systems
that have devastating side-effects; education that does not develop the
full potential of every individual; agriculture that feeds us poison and
non-nutritious food; pollution in our environment; wide-spread poverty;
and systems of administration and defense that use coercive methods based
on fear and destruction.
Most cultures are threatened because of disregard to their rich
heritage and traditions. Democratic systems of government have created
party politics, where the priorities of each party supersede the common
good of the people, laying the foundation for strife and division and
compromising the possibilities for peace in society.
It is fortunate that the Global Country of World Peace will now provide
to every nation Maharishi ’s Vedic technologies of consciousness, which
have been shown in hundreds of scientific studies to bring individuals and
nations better health, ideal education, non-toxic agriculture, and
increased harmony and fulfillment in all areas of life.
Now is the time for all well-wishers of humanity to become citizens of
Global Country of World Peace and collectively fulfill the aspirations of
the founders of every nation for permanent peace, an enlightened world,
and the establishment of Heaven on Earth.
