Designed as a multi-functional office building, your Maharishi Vedic Center can be utilized in a variety of ways. It has all the features needed for instruction and consultations, and can include a comfortable apartment for the Director. If the full space is not needed for teaching, individual offices or even a whole floor can be sublet to tenants, providing income to support the Center.

Affordability
This beautiful and efficient building provides all the benefits of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda design for about $400,000. Investors have come for-ward to build the Maharishi Vedic Centers. The monthly lease payments of approximately $4,500 can be met in several ways: (a) local supporters can contribute a fixed monthly amount; (b) a businessperson may buy the building and assume the lease; or (c) a portion of the building can be sublet. These financial arrangements will enable the Director to concentrate on teaching rather than paying the rent.
