Swinging in the Waves of Brahmanand Saraswati
Maharishi's Message, Global Full Moon Celebration, August 15, 2000

The message of this full moon is a celebration of the Golden Jubilee of Shri Guru Dev. I have let my mind and heart flow in this song: "Swarn-Jayanti Hai, Brahmanand Saraswati Ki, Swarn-Jayaniti Hai." I just want to swing in the melody of these words "Swarn-Jayanti Hai . Brahmanand Saraswati Ki, Swarn-Jayanti Hai."

These words are so overtaking that the swing of this does not allow anything other than the swing itself. In a great emotional burst after 40–50 years of saying "Jai Guru Dev" around the world, the time has come for me to really swing in the waves of Brahmanand Saraswati.

All knowledge, all activity, all administration of the whole universe is contained in these words: Brahmanand Saraswati. The total field of knowledge, the total field of administration, the Cosmic Constitution of the universe— Rig Veda—and all these 40 values of Vedic Literature, are the swing of pure knowledge, the swing of self-referral knowledge.

What is the magnitude of this swing? From Anor-aniyan, to Mahato-mahiyan, like a pendulum, from left to right, from right to left. The eternal swing of time, from the extreme point value in creation, Anor-aniyan , to the extreme ever-expanding unboundedness Mahato-mahiyan.

This is the never-ending swing of bliss consciousness—Brahmi Chetana —Unity Consciousness, the swing of it in the practical field of all activity. It’s a very beautiful time for us to enjoy Total Knowledge expressed in every swing of daily life. This is the message of today, swinging bliss consciousness.

The song of life, the melody of life from point to infinity, this is the whole range of Brahmanand Saraswati— Ananda of Brahm—Totality in the blossoming of Total Knowledge

It’s a very great time for the world, and in this scientific age it’s a very great joy to say that the world is never going to be the same. "The same" means this troubled world, and all those negative words. The world is never going to be the same unwanted world. We don’t want to go into those negative words. The future of the world is so bright in this eternal light of Total Knowledge, that the field of ignorance will not be witnessed by man in any part of the world.

This is the time for the world to be lit up by the golden light, the light of golden jubilation—Golden Jubilee Celebrations. It’s really fulfilling for us, after all these 40–50 years in the world, to see the real purpose of starting this Spiritual Rejuvenation Movement in India long, long ago—50 years ago.

I had not thought it would take so much time, but now I remember, "Better late than never." It’s quite late to see the effect of purity rising in the world, but whatever darkness is still being witnessed will also go away, because what I am saying is real: In the presence of light, the darkness can no longer continue.

World consciousness is rising in Sattva, rising in the dignity of Parame Vyoman—Transcendental Conscious-ness— bliss consciousness. World consciousness will be more and more self-referral on the individual level. And through our program of Yogic Flying in the world, 100,000 Yogic Flyers in India will be enough.

The number of Yogic Flyers in India is rising. About 100,000 Yogic Flyers, from Vedic families, are going to be enough to maintain the high level of Sattva in the world, the high level of purity in the world. And in this bright light of enlightenment, the darkness will have no place on earth.

We have been proclaiming and preparing for this by using the words "Heaven on Earth". The foundation for Heaven on Earth to be a perpetual reality has been laid during these most precious days of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Guru Dev.

It’s a very great honor for us to be swinging in the golden light of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations. In every way, these 100,000 Yogic Flyers in India, whose number is rising, brings us a wave of hope day by day, a wave of hope week by week, a wave of hope month by month, and it will perpetuate year after year.

In the same way that darkness cannot continue in the presence of light, now we have these 100,000 Vedic Vishwa Prashasaks—the Administrators of Natural Law—who are rising to live life according to Natural Law. For that they have Transcendental Meditation, Advanced Techniques of Transcendental Meditation, the TM-Sidhi program, and now Yogic Flying.

The world has at last found a pro-gram equally applicable to improve the quality of life of the individual, to improve the quality of the life of any family, any society, any nation and the world at large. Today the world has that formula which we have been administrating in the world for these 40–50 years, and now we have pro-claimed that the time is coming for a level of no return. The world will never be the same problematic world for the individual, for society or for the nation.

It’s a very great message of this full moon that we are swinging in a golden swing from left to right on the golden path to all good to everyone in the world, a beautiful influence of harmony in the world consciousness.

Our organization has been set in its foundation, and very soon we will have that influence of harmony in world consciousness. All the negative corners of life on earth will be lit up.

And this will happen in a completely natural way. People will just not fight with each other, that’s all. With-out much reason people have been fighting, and now all the fights, all these problems, all these challenges on the individual level, on the society level, on the national level, will begin to disappear.

I feel so relieved today, I am feeling to just swing in the songs of Swarn-Jayanti Hai. This Golden Jubilee of Guru Dev is absorbing our emotions, our feelings, our words, our speech, our action. And in this transformation of our action, there is that realization of the individual to be Cosmic. Ayam Atma Brahm—this Atma , this Self, is Totality, is Brahm—I am the universe, I am Totality. This is a beautiful, delicate exhortation of the Vedic Literature.

It gives me a great joy to say that we are now realizing this on the collective basis of our Movement. From every-where the news is coming of the achievements. It’s a very great joy for us to have a message in the swings of golden light for all life on earth. The message of today is—perfection in life for everyone throughout the world, not only in the present generation, but for all future generations that are going to follow. It’s a beautiful message of this full moon today. Continue with all the golden swings of daily life in waves of enlightenment. India is the land of the Veda, and now the light of Vedic wisdom is shooting up like a fountain in the sky. It is very beautiful and very enjoyable, simply enjoyable.

You may be expecting something special from me. This is what is special: The golden light of pure knowledge in the waves of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations. We are in the midst of golden jubilations, swinging in the waves of golden light. And pure golden light is the self-referral Atma of everyone, which is also Brahm— the Totality. All these great waves of knowledge throughout the ages from times immemorial, they are now being actualized.

And a foundation has been beautifully laid in the training programs of these 100,000 Vedic pundits. They are developing within themselves that most precious value of Purusha, which in its self-referral state commands authority over the whole field of Prakriti, the field of Nature. The whole field of action, the whole field of diversity, is beautifully harmonized on the level of unity, on the level of Yoga, the unifying strength of the Unified Field.

Modern science has discovered that all the different physical values are found to have a common basis in the self-referral Unified Field. When I hear Professor Volker Schanbacher speak about physics, chemistry and mathematics, it’s such a joy to see how modern physics, modern chemistry and modern mathematics are rejoicing in the bright sunlight of Vedic wisdom. That is our achievement, that is the achievement of the scientific age—that unity prevails, to permeate, to pervade all fields of diversity.

In this what we find is the practical expression of the Constitution of the Universe, the total field of self-referral knowledge, the Unified Field of knowledge expressed by the first word of Rig Veda—Ak. And when we ask, "Where is Ak? Where is the sound A? Where is the sound K?" then we have the most brilliant neurophysiologist in the world today, Professor Tony Nader. He says, "Yes, A is here, and K is here." The whole spinal column is the descent of A into K, and the rise of K into A. This is the range of Total Knowledge from Anor-aniyan to Mahato-mahiyan, lively in the spinal column of everyone.

All the knowledge, the total Veda, is in the physiology of everyone—this whole range of Anor-aniyan to Mahato-mahiyan. Everyone would like to experience it within himself, because every-one— physiologically and psychologically, mentally and cosmically, and individually—is contained within Ak.

A is infinity and K is point. It’s a day to have the swing of Totality—infinity to infinity—infinity as a point and infinity as the ever-expanding universe. This is a great achievement of this scientific age.

We attribute this to the blessings of Guru Dev, to the great storehouse of knowledge in the perpetual Vedic tradition of great masters of Total Knowledge— enlightenment.

So today’s man has really actualized what was written in the religious books: "Man is made in the image of God." It’s a reality. Wherever man is, he’s in the image of God. Totality, Total Knowledge, Brahm.

It’s not a concept, it’s not a belief, it’s not a faith. Today in this scientific age, it’s a physical reality that man is made as an expression of God’s will. Natural Law is the will of God today.

It’s a very great joy for us to see, to find, to realize, to put to practice this reality of the Cosmic Constitution contained within every human being.

The message of today is—perfection in life for everyone throughout the world, not only in the present generation, but for all future generations that are going to follow. It’s a beautiful message of this full moon today. Continue with all the golden swings of daily life in waves of enlightenment.
