Fullness is everywhere on every level, and the knowledge of Maharishi University of Management is now available to the Heads of State of every country. An invitation has been made to 33 Heads of State, who collectively have more than one billion hectares (2.5 billion acres) of unutilized land with agricultural potential, to be the founders of perpetual world peace.

There is no reason for poverty to continue in the world. On the one hand, there is this vast potential that is lying with the governments of 33 countries in the world. And on the other hand, there is an awareness throughout the world of the damaging effects of chemical agriculture, of bioengineered products that are poison to the life of any individual anywhere.

Even half of the land of these 33 countries alone is sufficient to eliminate poverty throughout the world by supplying the need of the whole world for organic agriculture.

On the economic level our vision is complete and utterly simple, but it requires that simplicity of awareness in the governments to realize that they have vast wealth already with them in their land. There is no reason to believe that this wealth cannot be extracted for the benefit of the country. To achieve this, every government is invited to gain the consultancy of Maharishi University of Management.

It will also be the joy of individuals around the world to participate in this program through a special bond that will double the income every four years. The poverty removal bond will be issued to allow anyone anywhere in the world to participate with their wealth and double the income every four years.

This will start a beautiful tradition. For example, a poverty removal bond bought in the name of a newly born child will have multiplied 64 times by the time the child is 24 years old. And it will give him a gift of wealth and a start of his professional life.
