Maharishi Inaugurates the Fourth Year of Global Administration through Natural Law

Each 12th of January, Maharishi presents his new theme of knowledge and action for the coming year. During this year’s celebration, Maharishi inaugurated the Year of Perfectly Healthy, Affluent Society. The 4-hour inauguration was broadcast worldwide from Vlodrop, Holland by the Maharishi Veda Vision global satellite system

In his address, Maharishi announced that by utilizing modern computer and communication technology, Total Knowledge will now be available to everyone in their own home. He described how anyone can realize perfection in life by making use of the total brain, which has cosmic potential. And Maharishi invited everyone to take membership in the Global Administration through Natural Law to derive maximum advantage of his Vedic knowledge and programs.

After speaking first in Hindi, Maharishi began his address to the West by praising Professor Tony Nader and the other scientists who are applying the principles of Vedic science to develop the full potential of every individual in the world

"I want to tell everyone that Professor Tony Nader is that great genius of our age, who is going to make available to the people in all parts of the world the technique of using the full brain. So this is just the time to introduce these great scientists who present, in this generation, the whole fortune of the future of the human race.

"It’s a very great day. I’m very happy to say that I’m inaugurating the Fourth Year of the Vedic Vishwa Prashasan— Global Administration through Natural Law. It’s a great event today, that we have such personalities displaying on the physical level the intelligence of total organizing power of Natural Law—total brain functioning of human brain physiology.

"It’s a very great fortune of mankind that we have amongst us those who have been blessed by our Vedic tradition. In the ordinary language we say, the technique or the knowledge—very special, very fortunate programs that enliven the total brain. Every part of the brain can be enlivened today, and that will be through the great masters of the Vedic tradition.

"We have another great scientist who has taken care of these scientific disciplines to allow every man to make practical use of his full creative potential.

"It is my great joy to introduce Professor Volker Schanbacher, the brilliant physicist who has been able to show that the structure of the Unified Field of Natural Law, as described by modern physics in the mathematical equation of the Lagrangian, corresponds exactly to the 40-fold structure of Atma or Parame vyoman, as defined by the Vedic tradition of masters and by Maharishi in this present generation

."He has shown that on the basis of the application of the knowledge of the unified level of Natural Law in creation, it is possible to achieve anything, including world peace, invincibility and the transformation of life to be Heaven on Earth. Professor Volker Schanbacher is a professor of physics at Maharishi University of Management in Holland, and Member of the Council of Supreme Intelligence of Maharishi Vedic Vishwa Prashasan."

Maharishi continued his address by presenting to the world Ted Wallace, who aspires to bring the Total Knowledge of Natural Law to every home in the world.

"These are the great scientists who will teach to every man from whatever part of the world he comes—north pole or south pole, equator or anywhere in the world—that the competence of human physiology has that potential of cosmic creativity. I’m just summarizing their ability now today, and summing up the very bright future of mankind with the knowledge promoted by these great scientists.

"I want to present a great young expert of computer science. Ted Wallace has the aspiration to take the Total Knowledge of the Vedic tradition, which is the knowledge of Anoraniyan and Mahato-mahiyan—smaller than the smallest, and bigger than the biggest. The field of Total Knowledge.

"See how bright he is? His aspiration is that whatever knowledge has been understood through-out the ages, hidden in the transcendental field of consciousness, he wants to put it out to the world.

"His aspiration is that no one has to come to him. He can be present through his technique of computer science. He’ll be present in every home with every single individual, and he’ll whisper the Total Knowledge to him. He’s a very great asset of Professor Tony Nader, who wants to enlighten the world now, in this Fourth Year.

"This is the time of this computer science technology that can take the bright young scientist like Ted Wallace to every home, at any time of the day or night. In his days, there are no nights. When it is night in one part of the world, he works in the other part which is lighted. So 24 hours will be the factory of this Total Knowledge.

"We’ll bring home to everyone—nothing from outside, but from within everyone—the Total Knowledge of perfect health, of perfect capability of doing anything, at anytime, from anywhere, influencing everything.

"So Ted Wallace will be handling a cosmic computer in order to take the message of the Global Administration through Natural Law. This Global Administration through Natural Law is translated in Sanskrit as Vedic Vishwa Prashasan. The program of the Global Administration through Natural Law, that has been coming on from the last years, is Total Knowledge.

"Professor Tony Nader is now giving a course of knowledge and a program to create a perfect man. And Ted Wallace is going to radiate this knowledge, bringing it to every home. Six billion people are in the world, and at least three billion, half of them, are grown up enough to understand their own capacity, to understand their own talents.

"Ted Wallace’s computer will take this knowledge to everyone. The knowledge of what? The knowledge of the setum stara. The knowledge of the setum, the bridge from waking state to transcendental state. It’s a different world. Those who know Transcendental Meditation, right from the first day, they see, ‘Ah, this is different.’ He opens the eyes and he finds his own life to be lighted with something new, but so precious. His worries are gone.

"In order to gain maximum advantage from the computer skills of Ted Wallace ,I am opening a new phase of my movement. And that phase is now, take membership of the Vedic Vishwa Prashasan. Take membership of the Global Administration through Natural Law in order to derive maximum advantage.

The cosmic potential of your life is described in Vedic terms as Jivo Brahmaiva naparah. ‘The individual is total Brahm and none other.’

"This is the description of the individual in the Vedic Literature—Jivo Brahmaiva naparah. It’s like the diamond which is wrapped up with mud in the mind. But when it is properly handled and made neat and clean through different systems of purification, it comes out to be a very precious diamond shining from all directions.

"Like that, the inner value of individual life is really cosmic in nature—in the field of knowledge, or in the field of action, or the field of accomplishing anything. So the science is advancing very, very rapidly towards perfection of life.

"And it’s a great pride of this age that have these youngsters to ring the bell of Eureka for everyone, in every computer at home, in every country. It’s a very great advancement of modern science, which is being blessed by the all-powerful knowledge, the Total Knowledge of the Vedic tradition which was in the transcendental area. Yo jagar tam richah kamayante. This knowledge was in the transcendental area.

"What knowledge was in the transcendental area? Yo jagar tam richah kamayante. And what are these richas? They are the administrators of the universe. Yasmin Deva adhi vishwe nisheduh. So when the mind settles down the richas are there.

"Richas are the concrete structures of the Laws of Nature in terms of Vedic mantras, Vedic reverberations, Vedic sounds. This is the basis of creation, and this is the basis of the smooth, perfect administration of the universe. That is the level of functioning—transcendental level—which requires total brain functioning.

"This is very easy terminology for everyone to understand what a perfect life is. Perfect life can be defined in terms of the ability to make use of the total brain. And learn from Professor Tony Nader that the total human brain has a cosmic potential."

"All these natural powers, the Laws of Nature that govern the infinitely complex universe, all those are there in every human brain. And quite a lot of it is there in every brain wherever, any physical brain. Even the brain of a monkey ,or donkey or whatever. The whole creation, wherever there is life, there is the physiological functioning guided by Natural Law.

"Now in human development, in the human brain, those days should be over for human life that the segregated fields of knowledge are prevalent. Now is the revival of Total Knowledge for everyone. Not only will one be a physicist or a mathematician, but he’ll be a master of all knowledge.

"It may not be conceivable to many people in the world today, but Ted Wallace’s computer science will take this new awakening to every home in one year. It won’t take more time than a year.

"Only people should become a member of the Global Administration through Natural Law. They should become a member of Ted Wallace’s global computerized knowledge which will be the channel of Total Knowledge, all knowledge for everyone. All knowledge that has been expounded by Dr. Schanbacher, and all the knowledge that has been expounded during the past years, ever since Professor Tony Nader was weighed in gold.

"Introduce Professor Tony Nader to the world. Even though everyone knows him, this is the day I want to refresh my memory about the greatness of Professor Tony Nader."

"It’s my great honor to introduce to everyone around the world Professor Tony Nader, M.D., and Ph.D. He is the discoverer that the supreme intelligence of Nature—the Veda and Vedic Literature—is present in the physiology of every human being on earth. In fact, he has found that the structure and function of the physiology corresponds in exact detail with the structure and function of the Veda and Vedic Literature. Thus he has verified scientifically that the human physiology is an expression of this supreme intelligence of Nature in the Vedic sounds.

"He has demonstrated scientifically that all the Vedic Devatas, the highest intelligence of creation, may be located for their structure and function in the human brain of everyone. And everyone means everyone—every individual of every age, of every race, of every religion.

"Everyone is a cosmic individual, with the totality of all that organizes the universe, and the universe itself, within them ready to be awakened. He has also demonstrated that there is very clearly away to awaken that cosmic potential through the Vedic technologies of consciousness and the Vedic sounds themselves, as brought to light by Maharishi for this age from the eternal Vedic tradition.

"For revealing that the individual is cosmic and can realize that cosmic creative potential, Professor Nader has been awarded his weight in gold. He was awarded this great scientific honor because his discovery has created the possibility that perfection could be lived in human life.

"And now he is teaching, through Maharishi Open University, 6,000 students in 90 countries how to attain perfection in life through the application of this discovery of the cosmic potentiality of the individual.

"He has been honored throughout the world by presidents of nations. He is honored by the greatest scientists of the world as the supreme scientific genius of this time. And most especially, as we have heard so beautifully today, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has given Professor Nader the great honor of being held as the greatest scientific genius, bringing perfection to life on earth. So we are very fortunate in this age that Maharishi has had beside him so great and brilliant a genius as Professor Tony Nader."

Maharishi then discussed the inadequate state of world economics and introduced Gareth Wallace, who aspires to raise the world economy to a level of self-sufficiency.

"What is really inspiring is the development of the modern scientific technology of communication—that we can communicate from one place to every home on earth. This development of reliable, scientific technology is now available to everyone, because it’s no longer so costly, a little computer costs just a little money.

"So proper use of the most advanced technological achievements of this age can take one whisper, one gentle whisper from one place on earth to all homes in the world. It’s a very great time that when the blessings of our Vedic tradition of masters come to us—that within everyone is the cosmic intelligence—even to take this little whisper of human dignity and grandeur to every human being on earth, the means of communication are available to us in every way.

"What we see in the world today is a prominence of money. Money is very prominent today, even though the situation of world economy is on a very precarious level of probably the greatest degree of disappointment. World economics is that economics which has a reputation that neither the wealthy is happy, nor the poor is happy. This is the world economy today.

"Now we are training these expert economists of the Vedic dignity, so that even the wealthy will be happy. The wealthy should have no reason to be unhappy, but that is not the situation today. For the wealthy today, at anytime some man will come and loot out all of his wealth. With the great crime in the world, everyone is so afraid. This is the result of modern—I want to use one very gentle word—inadequate economy. Just inadequate, to put all negativity into its circle

."Now the world will be very happy to know that the younger brother of Ted Wallace wants to be introduced as having his interest in economy. As Ted’s interest is in computer science, his younger brother stands to uplift the most pathetic area of human life today—the economy of the world. World economy is in a very pathetic state.

"As I said, neither the rich is happy nor the poor. Even the rich who think they are a billionaire or a millionaire—look to their life. A billionaire today is afraid of driving in a Mercedes. He takes a Volkswagen. He’s afraid that if he is seen to be rich, he will be overtaken by terrorism. Terrorism is such a big thing

."So Ted’s younger brother has his interest in changing the value of world economy from a real state of pathetic dissatisfaction to a royal dignity where every one, whether rich or poor, money or no money, will enjoy the total creative potential of life. He’ll enjoy the cosmic potential of life. Doesn’t matter a few million less or a few million more of money on earth. But he will have the command of the total Natural Law, cosmic Natural Law. So he wants to take the world economy to a level of self-sufficiency.

"Come and rise to perfection. This is the offer of today, a very great day. Really, really very great day. You’ll be on the top of the world. Every man will be on the top of the world.

"Now I want to introduce you to one genius of this generation who will put you on the top of the world. Introduce Dr. Benny Feldman. Listen to a new story. This is the aspiration of Dr. Benjamin Feldman—he wants to put you on the top of the world. Everyone will be on the top of the world.

"Listen to this. I am speaking very serious words, but words which may be far away for many people on earth to day to comprehend. All these great impossibilities I am offering to the world today. Now listen to Dr. Morris."

"It is my very great joy to introduce Dr. Benjamin Feldman, who is a member of the Council of Supreme Intelligence of Vedic Vishwa Prashasan, and Governor General of the Age of Enlightenment for Latin America and the Caribbean.

"Dr. Feldman has undertaken in recent months an extraordinary work of great value, as Maharishi has said, to put everyone on top of the world. He has gathered around him a team that he has led brilliantly to organize the systems whereby everyone in the world can be technologically connected to everyone else. Also, everyone in the world can receive in a very highly efficient and super fluid manner all the greatest knowledge of Natural Law that Maharishi has been speaking about today.

"He has been organizing the Maharishi Towers of World Peace, and designing for these tallest buildings of the world in all 12 Time Zones an "intelligent suite" which connects everybody who resides in that building to the whole ocean of information and knowledge, and also to everyone around the world. Through this very sophisticated and brilliant design, it will now be possible for everyone in their own home to have access to absolutely everything that they need—to be completely on top of the world."

During the January 12th celebration Maharishi asked Dr. Bevan Morris to formally introduce Dr. Keith Wallace and his sons Ted and Gareth.

"Introduce these two brothers and their glorious father. Introduce to the world, the family the Vedic tradition has found in the world today to totally enlighten every man in his own home now. Keith carries my memory of 40 years ago, when he was a student at UCLA in Los Angeles. Tell the story of the family—the great father and the two great sons."

"In 1964 a young student in Los Angeles, Keith Wallace, had the beautiful opportunity to meet Maharishi, and soon after to learn the Transcendental Meditation technique. He was so moved as a student to discover this experience of the Parame vyoman—the Transcendental Consciousness—and the amazing physiological changes and changes in consciousness that it gave. As Maharishi said, it’s a bridge from waking, sleeping and dreaming states through Transcendental Consciousness to higher states of consciousness.

"Because of that experience he decided that his Ph.D. research should be on the physiological effects of the Transcendental Meditation technique. He even changed his major and convinced his supervisors at UCLA that he should do his thesis on this topic. He was able to discover, as the first scientist to research in the modern age this ancient technology, that it produced a fourth major state of consciousness, described in scientific terms as a wakeful hypo-metabolic state, a state of restful alertness.

"On the basis of his research, many scientific articles appeared in journals such as Science, American Journal of Physiology, and Scientific American. From his seed research have now come 600 scientific studies from 200 universities in 30 countries around the world, inspired by that initial research Dr. Keith Wallace did in the late 1960s. By now, the Transcendental Meditation program is the most thoroughly researched phenomenon which is clearly demonstrated scientifically to benefit the individual and society on every level.

"Keith, as a highly enlightened father, has brought up his two sons to also have a very highly enlightened approach to life, and great knowledge of Natural Law from Maharishi. So it’s a joy to also introduce Ted Wallace and his younger brother Gareth.

Maharishi commented on the rising ability for everyone to utilize modern communication technology to connect with anyone else in the world

"There is a very interesting experience that every man will have—living in Asia and dining with Americans, living in Russia and dining with Chinese. This is everyone being on top of the world. From the top you see everything. Not only in this case you’ll see, but you’ll be with everything. This is a very, very unique achievement of this generation. And you are invited to be the member of this world family.

"There is an ancient proverb in India—Vasudhaiva khatumakam—‘The world is my family.’ That will be demonstrated in this unified state of life on earth with these high towers. This is the display of higher intelligence, the intelligence of total Natural Law.

"The world is my family. Chinese sitting in Beijing can enjoy dinners with those in New York or Holland, in Germany or in Switzerland. This is the realization of the ancient Vedic saying: ‘Theworld is my family’—Vasudhaiva khatumakam. This is the ‘ancient’ that will be lived in the modern times. This is the Vedic way of life.

"That time is coming, that Vedic time is coming for everyone, for everyone to annihilate space and time. It’s a great day today that in our memory the world of total enlightenment is dawning. And we have created an organization—Vedic Vishwa Prashasan.

"We now have in India the members of the Vedic Vishwa Prashasan, more than 100 thousand Vedic Vishwa Prashasaks—Administrators through Natural Law—which will be reaching150 thousand. It’s huge. Great glory to the Vedic knowledge that we received from the Vedic tradition of great masters."
