"Today, while inaugurating the perpetual state of world peace, what becomes very evident to us is that the sun will never set. The whole globe will present the dawn of the sun. When the sun is still young and in full brilliance of light the next Time Zone will be welcoming the sun, and after two hours the next Time Zone, and the next and the next.

"Through that happy vision of the rising sun, the total field of intelligence is made lively in the eyes of the person and, through the eyes, in the whole inner intelligence of the body. The total administrative intelligence of nature is there as the constituent values of individual life.

"So the sun will never set on earth, and this will be the expression of perpetual peace on earth, of the perpetual time where darkness will not be witnessed. The sun will pass on to the other part of the earth where it is still young—no more the setting sun but the move of the lighted sun all the time around the world.

"This is that moment of world peace—perpetual peace on earth—that we are celebrating today. It is a very beautiful time for all mankind in principle and in practice: the whole population welcoming the sun wherever it rises. This is Vedic civilization returning, and we are ringing the bell of that joyful return which will mark the presence of all possibilities in the eternal light of the sun.
