When my husband and I requested our first Maharishi Yagya performance, our financial resources were minimal, so we started out with the smallest yagya just to get the ball rolling. The initial planetary yagyas were enjoyable, and as time went by, Victor and I found that by having yagyas as regularly as we could afford them, the results became more and more noticeable.

I especially remember the yagya we had done for three goals: to live in a home with the proper east or north entrance; to buy land to build a Sthapatya Veda home; and to have the resources to build the home.

Within two weeks we had effortlessly received a much-coveted rent-free caretaker position in one of the best areas in our region, living in a fabulous log house with east and north entrances. We also acquired a building lot at a reduced price through Victor’s work. And my real estate business started doing better.

A few months later we did a yagya for wealth. Within two weeks I had put not just one, but my first three over one million-dollar properties under contract. I'd been working on one of them for eight months, and it finally came together. By October, my income from commissions was four and a half times what it was for all of 1997. It’s been a successful time, and I feel the yagyas have really helped me to take full advantage of my opportunities.

The most important point is that these outer results were accompanied by an integrated bouquet of inner results on the level of my own experience. After the wealth yagya, I could feel an increase in clarity of thinking, increased intuition, the ability to focus on what was going to be productive rather than a waste of time, the effortless and frequent emergence of great ideas. There is more bliss, more confidence, more inner stability in the face of stress, a more powerful influence on the environment—all the things you associate with successful people. So it’s not just that nature was giving me more money, but that the whole package of a developed personality—the development of 100 percent of my potential—was being enlivened, and that resulted in more success.

Before the yagyas, I felt there was some obstacle—some unnamable, ineffable obstacle keeping me from being as successful as I wanted to be. After the yagyas that feeling dissipated. I now expect things to go well and for abundance to come to me. It's not something I could have done just from thinking or wishing it—because heaven knows for how many years I have wished it and thought positively. Something different was happening. A tangible obstacle had truly been removed. I could feel it. Other people might have obstacles in the area of health or relationships. Mine was in the area of finances. Now it feels so good to have a frictionless flow of progress.

These are some of my personal experiences from the Maharishi Yagya program. I cannot emphasize enough what a blessing they are to life. It’s wonderful to know that you can be helping the entire world at the same time that you are helping yourself. I would recommend that anyone who can begin even with a small yagya just get started. Poking one small hole through the dike that is blocking the infinite flow of creativity, intelligence and progress will start the flow and break down all barriers quickly.
